William F. O’Neal: Vice President of Land

• William is a Certified Professional Landman and President of the Louisiana Landowners Association where he currently acts as co-chair for the organization’s carbon sequestration committee.

• William also serves as committee Chairman for the Houston Association of Professional Landmen, is Director for the Board of the Baton Rouge Association and American Association of Professional Landman, and is on the Governor’s Advisory Council for the Louisiana CPRA.

• Before joining Castex, William worked for Petro-Hunt, LLC in Dallas followed by experience in the majority of the major shale plays across the United States.

• William is graduate from Louisiana State University.
