Ashley S. Green: General Counsel, Corporate Secretary
Prior to Castex, Mrs. Green was a partner at Gordon Arata Montgomery Barnett (f/k/a Gordon Arata, McCollam, Duplantis & Eagan, LLC) where she advised clients on oil and gas transactions, title issues and litigation strategy, regulatory matters, corporate governance and restructuring.
Ashley holds a B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned her J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law Studies from Louisiana State University Law School in 2004, where she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and Wex Malone Inns of Court.
Upon graduation, she was elected to the Order of the Coif.
